Casual Event Guards - Fanshawe College

Maintain a visible security presence at Fanshawe Student Union events, controlling entry and exit points, managing lineups, and verifying identification. Monitor attendee behavior, enforce college policies, and respond promptly to incidents using de-escalation techniques while documenting all occurrences. Report violations to the Event Organizer and coordinate with staff and emergency services as required. Arrive on time wearing the complete uniform and carrying necessary equipment for 2 to 4 monthly events. A valid Ontario Security License, First Aid & CPR Level C, and Smart Serve certification are mandatory prerequisites.
