Job Summary
OSHC Casual Educator role at Junior Adventures Group (JAG) serving The Basin Primary School in VIC. Responsibilities include supporting children before and after school, building ongoing relationships with families and the school community, and providing a safe, engaging environment. Opportunities to support nearby services; holiday program hours available. Demonstrates leadership, communication, and behaviour management while working as part of a team. Training and background checks are provided and expected to be completed pre-onboarding. There are pathways for career progression from Educator to Coordinator. Casual loading, split shift allowances, and referral bonuses are offered. Requires national police check, Working with Children check, Australian working rights, and relevant ACECQA-diploma level qualification (or progress toward it).
