Casual Educator role supporting Goodstart’s centres and children across local services. Responsibilities include actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team, engaging and supervising children at all times, maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members, building and maintaining strong relationships with children and families, and complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies. The role emphasizes safety, inclusivity, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development, with opportunities for career pathways and supportive resources; requires ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification and a current QLD Working with Children Check, with travel between local services and flexible availability Monday to Friday.
