Job Summary
Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team. Engage and supervise the children at all times, maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members, and build strong, positive relationships with children and families. Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures, contribute to reflective practice, and participate in ongoing professional development. This casual educator role offers above-award wages, casual loading, and opportunities to explore multiple centres and pathways within the organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
- Flexible availability between Monday-Friday
