Job Summary
Casual Educator at Goodstart Lennox Head to support education programs across centres, actively engage and supervise children, maintain a safe environment, build strong relationships with children and families, comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies, and contribute to reflective practice and continuous improvement. Requires ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification (or equivalent) and a NSW Working with Children Check, with ability to travel between local services and flexible availability Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm. Casual shifts operate Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm, offering above award wages, casual leave loading, and supportive development opportunities.
