Job Summary
Conduct morning and after-school care sessions at Junior Adventures Group services in and around Bacchus Marsh, building relationships with families, children, and the wider school community. Provide support to nearby services when additional regional assistance is needed. Maintain a schedule of regular Monday through Friday shifts, with a minimum availability of three to four days per week. This role offers a split-shift model with extra daily pay for split shifts, alongside paid training pathways to progress into Assistant Coordinator or Coordinator positions.
Required Qualifications
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- VIC Certificate-Level Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Certificate-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
- VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
