Job Summary
Develop and implement a program aligned with BrightPath's curriculum to support child development while maintaining an environment that protects their well-being. Assess children's abilities, interests, and needs, then discuss progress with parents and staff. Establish collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families, and attend necessary staff meetings and professional development. Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials. Perform other duties as assigned. This role requires Level 1 Certification or B.Ed./Equivalent, current First Aid and infant CPR, and valid immunizations. Required Qualifications
- Early Childhood Education - Level 1 Certification OR B.Ed./Equivalent
- Must meet province requirements for childcare employment
- Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
- Current immunization and health assessment as per the local Minister of Health Requirements
