Job Summary
Deliver 5-star front desk services to residents and guests while monitoring visitor movements and securing keys, parcels, and dry cleaning. Assist the Building Manager with by-law issues, car park reporting, and key auditing. Perform internal and external patrolling, complete incident reports for emergencies, and maintain tidy entryways and lifts. Manage database maintenance and respond to enquiries via email, telephone, and security intercom. Work Monday to Sunday across morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts, including late nights and weekends. Immediate start available with training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work late nights and weekends
- Ability to build rapport with residents and cooperative relationships with the team
- Front of house or customer service experience
- Proven quality written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy (use of Microsoft Word and Excel, e-mail and BuildingLink)
- Capability to work within a team environment and follow Site Procedures and Company Policies
- Be professionally presented
- Punctuality and proactivity
- Applicants are required to be eligible to work in Australia with a valid visa
