Casual Commis Chef

Assist with food preparation, service cycle delivery, and stock management duties while ensuring lodges have correct service equipment and kitchen cleaning is completed efficiently. Support the wider kitchen team on weekends, bank holidays, and evenings as part of a zero-hour contract up to 40 hours. You will receive training and guidance from the kitchen and hospitality team to progress through a development chef programme. This role offers an insight into the hospitality industry within West Midlands Safari Park's unique safari lodges and event venues.
