Job Summary
Greet guests on arrival, help seat people whenever possible, and provide friendly, professional service to maximize dining enjoyment. Set assigned tables according to policy at the start of each shift and ensure server stations are properly stocked. Communicate food and bar specials, menu items, ingredients, cooking methods, and preparation times to guests based on business volume. Resolve member complaints or concerns immediately or refer them to management. Previous server or bartender experience is preferred, along with strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Flexible availability to work varied shifts is required.
