Job Summary
Casual Multi-Service Support Educator across Rise's Sydney services; will be assigned a home service while supporting other Sydney centres as needed. Role involves modelling high-quality practice, sharing knowledge across teams, and implementing contemporary pedagogy with exposure to the RIE approach. Open to applying across Abbotsford, Camperdown, and North Ryde with flexibility for multiple locations or a single centre. Requires engaging with children, families and colleagues in inclusive, respectful ways, and maintaining professional boundaries. Role supports staff absences, shortages, and transitions to ensure continuity of care and learning across services.
Required Qualifications
- ACECQA-approved Certificate III and/or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- Current driver’s license with own vehicle or easy access to public transport
- Available for casual work across multiple Sydney services (Abbotsford, Camperdown, North Ryde) with flexibility as required
- Demonstrated experience in Early Childhood sector or similar roles
- Current Food Safety training (certificate to be provided)
- Current Child Protection training (Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk) with evidence to be provided
- Current Child Safety training (Geccko) with certificate to be provided
