Job Summary
Support the store management team by driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service on the shop floor. Learn customer needs to recommend products that make them feel good, while offering expert advice and an inspirational insight into The Body Shop's philosophy. Uphold company values and ensure strict adherence to all procedures and policies. Reach store targets and sales goals as an active, tenacious contributor to the joyful collective. This role requires availability Monday through Sunday and involves daily coaching and feedback from Store and Assistant Managers.
Required Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have availability Monday through to Sunday.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customers
- A team player and be open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager
- A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
- Confident in reaching store targets and sales
- An active contributor to our joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member
