Provide first-line technical support to teams across the country by troubleshooting issues, monitoring systems, and ensuring studios and business systems perform at their best. Respond to incidents, escalate issues where needed, and assist with upgrades, documentation, and projects while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure. Work a rotating roster including early starts, late finishes, and overnight shifts to keep Southern Cross Austereo on air and running smoothly around the clock. This role suits someone starting their career in a tech position within the Media Industry.
Required Qualifications
- Can demonstrate a desire and commitment to the achievement of an Engineering or IT qualification
- A demonstrated understanding of customer focus when dealing on an interpersonal level with internal customers
- A passion for Radio and Broadcast Media
- Demonstrates a passion and aptitude for Technology, Audio, Broadcast and IT
