Job Summary
Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities for children aged 4–11 across Breakfast & After School Clubs, including multi-sports, arts & crafts, and group games. Set up engaging play spaces, supervise with care, and manage sign-in/out. Work split shifts (7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm) with potential for increased hours during Holiday Club seasons; respond to unstructured hours through flexible, part-time availability. The role emphasizes creativity, team collaboration, leadership when needed, safety, and inclusivity, with paid training, wellbeing support, and DBS checks in a role focused on childcare and activity delivery within Junior Adventures Group at Biggleswade Academy.
Required Qualifications
- experience in childcare or youth work (bonus points if teaching or coaching)
