Job Summary
Process supplier invoices accurately and monitor invoicing differences to ensure appropriate resolution actions are taken. Perform other clerical duties as assigned while maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Requires Business Administration or Accounting certification, above-average computer literacy with Excel proficiency, and self-motivated communication abilities. This casual role is based in Flin Flon, MB, within Hudbay's Finance team, which supports vertically integrated mining operations across the Americas focused on base and precious metals.
Required Qualifications
- Business Administration/Accounting certificate/diploma or equivalent experience
- Above average computer literacy especially with accuracy and speed on all parts of the keyboard, excel and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and a team orientated individual
- Strong people and communication skills
