Job Summary
Review and validate deal memos submitted by casting directors and production teams to ensure compliance with guild regulations and studio policies. Draft, review, and execute contracts for performers across prime time, basic cable, and streaming pilots and series. Distribute, scan, file, and archive performer-related documents while maintaining current database records with confidential details. Prepare and process paperwork for court approval of Minors, maintain episode logs for compliance deadlines, and submit Taft-Hartley Reports to SAG-AFTRA as required. Review post-production timesheets to flag necessary ADR payments to production payroll. This role supports performer-related processes across multiple platforms within Walt Disney Television Entertainment's Business Affairs-Casting Administration team. Non-traditional work hours are required depending on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Ability to assess and prioritize critical incoming projects effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Solid understanding of business administration principles and practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to track, manage, and organize high volumes of details, data, and tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills—an even-tempered and collaborative personality are essential
- Strong typing proficiency and computer literacy, including familiarity with relevant software and tools

- Ability to manage sensitive information while ensuring compliance with industry standards and studio policies
