Caster Supervisor

Oversee all production and maintenance activities for the caster during scheduled turns, ensuring crew compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies. Audit operations to verify adherence to job safety analyses and address safety issues promptly. Coordinate turn activities to optimize productivity, quality, and cost while communicating key information between management and employees. Complete turn reports, manage maintenance personnel on off turns, and ensure technical standards and standard operating procedures are executed. Address employee issues and enforce the Basic Labor Agreement. Requires three to five years of management experience in an Electric Arc Furnace Shop and Caster within a Melt Shop.
