Job Summary
Cast Member (Part-Time) at Regal Cinebarre in Knoxville, TN. Join Floor Staff responsible for operating Box Office and Concession POS systems, recommending Upsell opportunities, promoting Regal Crown Club, and ensuring compliance with MPAA guidelines. Roles include Box Office duties, Concession operations, and Usher duties, with emphasis on guest service, cash handling, inventory, safety, and maintaining cleanliness. Requires completion or progress toward the theatre’s cast certification program; beverage-service training if handling alcohol; strong communication, math, and problem-solving abilities; physical ability to stand, lift, and manage supplies.
Required Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
- If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, it is your responsibility to complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate. In addition, you must complete the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
- Language Ability: Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly and directly.
- Math Ability: Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
- Reasoning Ability: Identify problems, gather relevant data and note possible causes of problems. Evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives and reach conclusions based on evidence. Take action beyond what is necessarily called for. Perform under pressure and/or opposition.
