Job Summary
Lead VIP Representatives to deliver great guest service, manage all daily operations of the VIP Lounge on the assigned shift, monitor and develop staff performance, collaborate with Player Development leadership to schedule associates and control labor and daily operation costs, assist PD Events and Promotions to increase profits, recruit and recommend future Casino Hosts and Executive/Inside Sales Hosts, manage guest expectations and maintain guest satisfaction, oversee F&B offerings and related costs, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires cost control proficiency, understanding of P&L impact, strong oral and written communication, and prior supervisory experience (2+ years).
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years previous management or supervisory experience
