Job Summary
Surveillance Team role responsible for the protection of casino assets through the use of gaming and security camera systems. Responsibilities include dispatching security to incidents, ensuring equipment operates at start/during/and end of shifts, reporting incidents to the Surveillance Manager, maintaining confidentiality and logs, communicating incidents to pit personnel, assisting in ongoing surveillance department education, operating surveillance equipment, writing incident reports, maintaining log sheets and knowledge of table game procedures, and reading/comprehending documentation. Requires knowledge of surveillance software (iTrax), proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to obtain and maintain a Washington State Gaming License, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Knowledge of Surveillance-based computer software (iTrax)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Washington State Gaming License
- Ability to read and comprehend documentation
- Effective communication at all times with all levels of employees and guests
