Job Summary
Provide outstanding guest service, both internal and external, while safeguarding company funds and maintaining accurate accountability. Redeem coins, tickets, chips, and cash guest checks; enter membership information and perform data entry for current events. Issue replacements cards, assist with point redemption, and act as a central information center for the property. Resolve guest problems, assist arriving bus groups, and conduct paging when requested. Adhere to uniformed appearance standards and handle cleaning products safely. Support the Casino Services Manager, Executive Hosts, and Marketing Department. Maintain strict confidentiality of all disclosed information.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Prior experience with computer
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, and decimals
- Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to read and communicate verbally in English
- Written communication skills in in English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area
- Possess ability to operate an adding machine
- Have basic computer skills
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations
- Must regularly stand
- Must use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Must frequently reach with hands and arms
- Must talk or hear
- Must have close vision
