Job Summary
Provide outstanding guest service, safeguard company funds, and redeem coins, tickets, chips, and cash guest checks while maintaining accurate accountability. Handle paperwork, enter membership information, and assist guests with point redemption for cash back and merchandise. Act as the central information center, resolve guest problems, and conduct paging in the casino when requested. Support the back office, Casino Services Manager, Executive Hosts, and Marketing Department by assisting with promotions and player events. Perform data entry for current events and issue replacements cards for guests. Maintain compliance with uniformed appearance standards and adhere to established department policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Prior experience with computer
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, and decimals
- Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to read and communicate verbally in English
- Written communication skills in in English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area
- Possess ability to operate an adding machine
- Have basic computer skills
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations
- Must regularly stand
- Must use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Must frequently reach with hands and arms
