Job Summary
Performs the Casino Services cashier duties under supervision, handling cash, gaming chips, and customer transactions while opening customer accounts, promoting casino programs, and providing information on amenities. Maintains accurate banks and inventory, processes comps and tip-out procedures, adheres to policies, and delivers courteous service to patrons and employees alike.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent recommended
- Cash handling experience desirable
- Ten-key experience preferred
- Good math skills essential
- Excellent record keeping skills a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Bi-cultural experience preferred
