Job Summary
Oversee multiple casino and gaming departments, supervise and develop Team Members, ensure Title 31 compliance, safeguard assets, deliver friendly and efficient guest service, manage scheduling and staffing to meet service standards, and uphold company policies while coaching, disciplining, and evaluating team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Two years’ management experience
- Slots experience preferred
- Strong Communication, Leadership and Organizational skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook preferred
- Prior experience with Point of Sale systems helpful
- Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision
- Inform immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs
- Set schedules and job duties, while maintaining Team Members' hours for proper staffing as defined through established service standards
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
