Job Summary
The Casino Porter keeps the casino floor, public restrooms, employee restrooms, employee dining area, private offices, and the parking garage clean and orderly. Responsibilities include cleaning and polishing floors in all public areas, sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring, caring for rugs and walk-off carpet, assisting guests with questions, and maintaining open communication with Supervisors and Managers regarding housekeeping and guest service issues. A positive, professional demeanor is required, with ability to accept feedback. Must have strong English communication, basic math skills, and familiarity with relevant cleaning equipment; prior casino/hotel housekeeping experience is preferred. This role is on-site with a retention bonus referenced in the posting.
