Job Summary
Explain the Choctaw Rewards Club program, promotions, and marketing details to guests while performing data entry tasks for the Rewards Club card and Player Tracker System. Assist the Marketing department with projects, promotions, and events, and answer questions or resolve concerns for guests, associates, and management. Issue comps based on established guidelines and maintain records to document department activities. Stay informed about all marketing activities and maintain positive relationships with locations, departments, staff, and vendors. Comply with all company regulations and policies. Report to the Players Club Shift Supervisor or Department Manager.
Required Qualifications
- General computer application proficiency
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
- General knowledge of casino facilities and amenities
- In-depth knowledge of casino promotions
- Prior experience in high customer contact positions
