Job Summary
Manage and coordinate all gaming and entertainment operations at the Casino property, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws while maintaining confidentiality of privileged information. Formulate organizational strategies, establish departmental standards, and approve staffing to maximize labor efficiency. Collaborate with executives to plan activities, review win per unit and hold percentage statistics, and implement security measures to protect operation integrity. Promote responsible gaming, train staff for high-level customer service, and work with regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance. Take on assigned projects to aid evolving company goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10-years progressive experience in casino gaming management
- Strong oral and written skills
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Ability to formulate and communicate ideas
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Ability to obtain and maintain all licenses, certifications, and indemnifications requisite to the successful completion of all essential responsibilities
- Ability to meet or exceed all regulatory conditions stipulated for individuals holding this or similar positions
- Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels
- Ability to be exposed to secondhand smoke
- Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift
