Job Summary
Monitor game performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports to drive strategic decisions. Oversee the setup, testing, and launch of new casino games while managing the roadmap for timely releases. Benchmark against competitors and lead A/B testing across promotions, game placement, and UX to improve conversion and engagement. Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and external partners to ensure seamless operations and maintain strong relationships. Prioritize a customer-centric approach to enhance player experience and proactively identify areas for product improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of iGaming experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Enthusiasm, a 'can-do' attitude, and a strong team player mentality
- Flexibility to embrace change and a willingness to learn
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Proven project management skills to oversee multiple tasks and deadlines is a plus
