Casino Manager leading daily casino operations at a Montana location; responsibilities include customer service oversight, staff supervision, hiring/discipline, budgeting and cost control, ensuring security and asset protection, supervising floor runners, bartenders, bookkeepers, and assistants, auditing and reporting, maintaining compliance with policies, and driving location revenue through staffing, training, cleanliness, and guest experience; role requires ability to perform duties across multiple positions (floor runner, bartender, bookkeeper, assistant manager), manage vendor relations, and maintain incident and payroll records; strong emphasis on professionalism, teamwork, and community engagement; Montana Driver’s License and ability to operate a vehicle for errands are required.
