Job Summary
Experienced line cook in casino kitchen: follow recipes to cook food to standards, measure and convert recipes, work across broiler, sauté, Asian prep, and production, maintain quality and plating, operate kitchen equipment safely and at correct temperatures, understand soups, sauces, starches, emulsifiers, and food safety policies; collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure coordinated workflow and customer satisfaction; maintain prep lists, take inventories, demonstrate intermediate knife skills, attend trainings, keep areas clean and sanitary, meet grooming and uniform requirements, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of applicable food preparation methods and measures for assigned function
