Job Summary
Maintain and cultivate relationships with database customers as a Casino Host; provide exceptional guest service to increase trip frequency and guest loyalty, recruit players through direct sales activities (direct mail, telemarketing, guest visitation, events), handle guest requests, issue complimentary services per guidelines, develop personalized relationships with premium players, participate in player development and marketing activities to grow one-on-one relationships and repeat business, and represent the company in public relations and marketing efforts both on- and off-site. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; casino-host experience and 1–3 years in customer service (gaming industry preferred); strong oral/written skills, leadership, and interpersonal abilities; proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, e-mail, and player-tracking systems; ability to obtain any necessary gaming certifications/licenses as required by regulations.
