Job Summary
Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium guests to enhance their gaming and entertainment experience. Recruit new players through referrals, visitations, telemarketing, and offsite functions while coordinating trips from local and out-of-town markets. Handle all aspects of guest visits, including ground transportation, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, and entertainment. Monitor comps to ensure adherence to company guidelines and assist with loyalty events via the PowerKiosks Management System. Maintain high-quality service according to Silverton standards, adhere to appearance policies, and communicate effectively with managers. Work flexible schedules, including peak times and special events, to ensure excellent guest service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Previous Casino Host experience
- A minimum of 1-year Casino Host experience
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- Ability to use a multi-line telephone and computer
- Effective organizational skills
- Must be a self-starter
