Job Summary
Casino Host I greets VIP casino patrons and assists with their needs, approves and monitors comp issuance per the approved matrix, and attends player events on and off-site. Promotes Genting Rewards benefits, assists with sign-ups or replacement cards, and aims to achieve personal and department goals. Actively networks to recruit new players, builds guest relations to drive incremental trips, and uses sales skills to discuss promotions and events with qualified players via in-person or phone conversations. May represent the company at events, participates in meetings, and performs other duties as assigned. Strong emphasis on guest-focused service, product knowledge of Genting Rewards tiers, and the ability to upsell promotions and events while maintaining excellent communication and computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly outgoing personality
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong knowledge of player tracking systems preferred
- Proficient computer skills
