Job Summary
Assist the Casino Marketing Manager, Marketing Executives, Executive Hosts, Casino Hosts and related roles with reservations and servicing High-End guests. Operate multiple booking systems, input reservations accurately, process revisions and cancellations, answer calls and emails professionally, maintain reservation queues, occasionally assist with reservations for various marketing and branch office roles, and process PCI-compliant credit card transactions. Ideal candidate possesses a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1+ year of relevant experience.
