Job Summary
As a Casino Executive, you will manage and grow the Casino proposition to maximize commercial performance through content strategy, provider management, and performance optimization. Own game positioning across the platform (featured content, Game of the Week/Weekend, thematic series). Develop and execute content and campaign concepts (e.g. game series, tournaments, enhanced RTP initiatives). Manage relationships with providers for new releases, exclusivities, and co-funded activities. Collaborate with CRM, Retention, and VIP teams to ensure optimal game integration in campaigns. Monitor performance of games, providers, and campaigns; identify optimization opportunities. Track market trends and competitor activity. Strong data-driven mindset with a good understanding of technology and software architecture is a plus; exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
