Job Summary
Maintain thorough working knowledge of Gaming Commission rules, regulations, and company policies while ensuring integrity of all Soft Count transactions. Participate in drop box collection and money counting procedures, completing required accounting and documentation for Poker, Slot, and Table Games. Handle large volumes of currency with strict adherence to security protocols within a locked, surveilled count room until all funds are processed. Shifts begin as early as 4:00 AM with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays. This role supports essential behind-the-scenes gaming operations at Tioga Downs, where team members develop specialized cash-handling and auditing skills in a secure environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow strict procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive reaching and handling of currency and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds periodically
- Ability to push heavy carts regularly
- Must be available for flexible scheduling
