Job Summary
Casino Communications Specialist responsible for coordinating with casino game providers and internal teams. Manage provider configuration requests, ensure timely and accurate execution by the internal configuration team, follow up on provider questions, track updates and actions in Jira and ticketing systems, monitor and respond to provider and internal emails, log all provider communications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Armenian and English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Russian
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
