Casino Chip Runner - 2nd/3rd Shift

Provide exceptional customer service while facilitating the sale of chips to guests in a courteous and efficient manner. Responsible for accurately handling transactions and maintaining the security and balance of the assigned chip bank and cart throughout the shift. Responsible for supporting the Companies mission, vision, and values by providing fun and games like no place else. Key duties include handling requests for different chip denominations, delivering chips to players at gaming tables, maintaining chip inventory and accuracy, performing table fills, delivering set-ups to tables, maintaining Master Table Logs (MTL), and counting/balancing the chip bank and cart at shift start/end. Must meet eligibility requirements (18+, High School diploma or equivalent), pass background checks, and obtain an MRC license; prior money handling experience preferred.
