Job Summary
Execute all cage cashier functions including chip and cash exchanges, credit line assistance, and foreign currency transactions. Manage marker issuance/redemption, front money deposits/withdrawals, AF/discounts, Title 31, and R/S ticket redemptions. Handle telephone inquiries, travelers checks, Total Rewards cards, wire transfers, and various redemption units. Adhere to gaming regulations and company policies while maintaining excellent guest service standards. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and push/pull heavy carts. Requires manual dexterity to operate office equipment and the ability to work in moderate to loud noise conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Computer experience necessary for data entry
- Organizational abilities necessary for completion of tasks in timely manner
- Excellent customer service skills essential in dealing with personnel and customer base
- Well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to stand for long extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to push/pull heavy carts on the casino floor
- Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at assigned area
- Must have manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment to include but not limited to: 10 key adding machine, PC computers, fax machine, photocopy machine
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
- Must be able to work in moderate to loud noise conditions
