Job Summary
The Cage/Vault Supervisor oversees Cage Cashiers, Vault Clerks, and OTB Tellers to enforce performance standards, manage staff, and safeguard cash assets. Responsibilities include conducting performance management and trainings, performing vault and cash bank counts, preparing daily deposits, maintaining accurate monetary records and transaction reconciliations, resolving customer and staff issues, providing cashier services such as cashing tickets and deposits, auditing casino paperwork, and communicating with management about problems or positive actions. The role also involves assisting guests with race results, reading programs, advice on bets, issuing vouchers, and guiding placement of bets at locations with OTB operations. Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years cash handing experience with prior management experience preferred.
- Experience handling large volumes of cash.
- Able to work with large sums of money.
