Job Summary
Set up bars, cut fruit, stock ice, and empty garbage while supporting bartender needs by icing glasses and pouring non-alcoholic drinks. Maintain cleanliness of designated areas, wipe counters and floors, and keep par stock levels by ordering bar supplies and delivering orders. Remove refuse, sort recyclables, and resolve service issues using Red Carpet Training skills. Assist with banquet setups by stocking beverages and paper products. Perform duties safely, report hazards, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with departmental policies. Available to work required schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to read, speak, and understand English
- Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
- Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
- Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- Mobility to move easily in outlet and storage areas
- Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Prior Food & Beverage experience helpful, but not required
- Familiarity with bar environment preferred
