Job Summary
Casino Assistant Manager responsible for customer service during shifts, payroll and invoicing duties, training staff, and maintaining casino operations including inventories, liquor orders, and compliance with state regulations. Leads by example in professionalism and teamwork, covers duties in the manager’s absence, balances shift reports, and ensures security of casino assets and cash. Requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and to obtain or maintain required Montana liquor certification and driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Alcohol sales/service certification approved by the State of Montana
- valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

- competence in payroll, inventories, scheduling, and payroll records
- proficient in completing casino paperwork and reports
