Job Summary
Connect with guests on the casino floor through direct contact, mail, and telemarketing to encourage retention, recruit new Players' Club members, and increase rated play. Answer guest questions, assist with requests, and guide customers through the rewarding point system to help them claim prizes and maximize their club card benefits. Partner with Casino and Slot Hosts to create memorable player experiences and deliver outstanding service while championing exciting club events. Maintain flexibility in work schedule and proficiency in player tracking systems. Boyd Gaming is a premier entertainment company committed to evolving leadership in the industry.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One to two years experience in customer service.
- Must have excellent oral and written skills and exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be flexible in work schedule.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, email, and player tracking systems.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
