Job Summary
Dismantle watch cases and bracelets to a set procedure for refurbishment and cleaning, then re-assemble components ensuring strict adherence to processes for water resistance and quality standards. Assess cases, bracelets, and movements for issues during work, raising concerns to the casing supervisor as needed. Perform link and bracelet adjustments across all brands while ordering required parts from the parts department to complete case work. Document all repairs using the in-house repair management system. Follow stringent guidelines and operating procedures throughout the role.
Required Qualifications
- A high level of accuracy and precision
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of concentration and focus
- A good level of dexterity and hand-eye co-ordination
- Ability to work in a tidy and organised manner and manage workload
- Ability to communicate well with peers and senior members of the casing team
- Ability to follow stringent guidelines and operating procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a technical/hands on environment
