Job Summary
Develop go-to-market plans for product launches and strategic business priorities while executing release readiness and communication strategies. Create targeted sales enablement and client education materials that translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions. Leverage client feedback, market intelligence, and AI capabilities to develop insights, test hypotheses, and inform business decisions through analytics and data storytelling. Lead cross-functional efforts across product, sales, service, marketing, and strategy teams to drive awareness, engagement, adoption, and revenue growth for CashPro. Synthesize complex business and technical information into clear communications for executive and client audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, go-to-market strategy, strategy, communications, or a related field
- Undergraduate degree required
- Minimum: BS or BA degree

- Ability to analyze and interpret data, market intelligence, and client feedback to identify trends, generate insights, and inform decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across product, sales, service, marketing, and strategy organizations
- Interest in and ability to leverage AI tools and automation to improve productivity, uncover insights, and enhance business processes

- 40 hours per week
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of treasury management, payments, liquidity solutions, and digital banking platforms
- Experience supporting go-to-market strategies, product launches, client adoption, or sales enablement initiatives
- Experience leveraging AI tools to synthesize complex information, streamline content creation, automate manual processes, or generate data-driven insights
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, or similar analytics and visualization tools
- Bank of America or other financial services experience, particularly within transaction banking, payments, or digital channels
- Experience working in Agile environments and partnering with product development teams
