Job Summary
Greet guests, process food and beverage orders, and handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately using the POS system. Answer guest questions regarding menu items, games, and promotions while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies, and assist with prize redemption and guest services as needed. Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment. Requires at least six months of customer service or cashier experience and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- at least 6 months of work experience in customer service, cashier, food service, or a related role
- open availability and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and operate a POS system
