Job Summary
Cashier / Retail Team Member at Krispy Kreme delivers friendly, accurate, and efficient guest service while operating the POS system and maintaining a clean, welcoming shop environment. The role supports guest satisfaction by ensuring order accuracy, product knowledge, upselling, and adherence to Krispy Kreme brand standards. Reports to the General Manager and requires excellent customer service, communication, and basic cash-handling skills.
