Job Summary
Greet guests promptly and courteously, take orders accurately using the POS system, and process transactions with correct change. Engage in suggestive selling to promote featured items, answer product and pricing questions, and assist with carrying large orders. Maintain product knowledge of Krispy Kreme history, inspect items for quality, and ensure retail displays are stocked and visually appealing. Perform cleaning duties including sanitizing counters, sweeping floors, and maintaining restroom and exterior areas. Answer the telephone using brand procedures and communicate operational issues to leadership. Work in a fast-paced environment with variable schedules including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

- Pushing and pulling approximately 10–40 lbs of force occasionally
- Frequent use of hands for cash handling, POS input, and product handling
- Exposure to heat, noise, wet or slippery surfaces, and cleaning chemicals
- Fast-paced environment with variable schedules, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
