Job Summary
Greet guests promptly, take orders accurately using the POS system, and process transactions while providing accurate change. Engage in suggestive selling to promote featured items, answer questions about products and promotions, and assist with carrying large orders. Maintain product knowledge of Krispy Kreme history and current promotions, inspect items for quality, and ensure retail displays are stocked and visually appealing. Perform cleaning duties including sanitizing counters, sweeping floors, and maintaining restroom and exterior areas. Work in a fast-paced environment with variable schedules including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

- Basic literacy skills
