Job Summary
Greet guests promptly, take accurate orders using the POS system, and process transactions with correct change while engaging in suggestive selling. Maintain product knowledge of Krispy Kreme history and promotions, inspect items for quality, and ensure retail displays are stocked and visually appealing. Clean counters, sanitize contact surfaces, sweep floors, and manage maintenance logs as required. Answer telephone inquiries and communicate guest concerns to leadership. This role operates in a fast-paced environment with variable schedules including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

- Pushing and pulling approximately 10–40 lbs of force occasionally
- Frequent use of hands for cash handling, POS input, and product handling
- Fast-paced environment with variable schedules, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
